Mercy Munduru

Onduparaka Football club is my identity, it makes me proud to belong to such a beautiful region. One of the many things that motivates me to serve at the club is the ability to impact young people’s lives through their own passion. With the growing inequalities around us, football has brought unity across divides and I am so proud to be part of it.

As a woman at the helm of leadership, i would also like to serve as an example that women can do anything and that the sports fraternity has a lot of opportunities for women to steer processes and be impactful. I live for the creative moments, the challenging ones and all the excitement that comes with any progress at the club.

My dream is to see Onduparaka financially stable and independent with its own stadium, an academy and a women’s team. By the grace of God, we shall get there
