5 Days Gorilla and Wildlife Safari

Day 1: Equator –Great Lakes Museum -Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

This is a long drive but very scenic, we bet you have never experienced it before, so we will leave very early at 7am. Our first stop over will be at the equator for a bathroom break, equator experience and photo shoot opportunity. Next stop over will be in Mbarara where we have lunch. Then the last stop over is at the great lakes museum which is also called the Switzerland of Africa, electrifying views! We embark on our last leg deep into the Bwindi Impenetrable Forest where you will be spending the 2 nights in this African rain forest.

Day 2: Gorilla tracking –Nature walk

Today is the most awaited day. Going gorilla tracking is one in a lifetime experience. Only 800 of them are alive and more than half of them live in Uganda. You will go trekking in the jungles of the African forests once you see the gorillas, you will be allowed an hour with them and then trek back to base camp where you will be transferred to your lodge to relax. Depending on the time you come back, there is an option of a nature walk on one of the developed nature walk trails in the forest park. Return to your lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight.

Day 3 : Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Wake up at leisure, after your breakfast you will be transferred to Queen Elizabeth National Park. A chance to see the big game. Check into your lodge, relax, dinner and overnight

Day 4: Game drive –Katwe Salt Lake –Launch cruise

Early morning breakfast and we depart for the morning game drive in the Kasenyi sector of the park. Keep your eyes peeled for the lions, elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, and many more plethora of world life, birds, and amazing scenery among others. In the afternoon after your lunch, go for a boat cruise on the Kazinga channel; a channel that joins two lakes that is Lake Edward and Lake George, its stunning, its beautiful if you love birds, you will even be blown away the more. Return to your lodge for the night.

Day 5: Transfer to Kampala/ Airport

In the morning, we will drive back to Kampala/ airport. Accommodation on this day is not included.
