Day 1: Fight from Entebbe to Kisoro, transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by a professional English-speaking driver-guide from Naseeb Safaris. After a short briefing, you will be transferred to the nearby domestic airstrip for your scheduled flight to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to Uganda’s famous mountain gorillas.

On arrival at the airstrip near Bwindi, another of our experienced safari guides will meet you and transfer you to your carefully selected lodge, where you can relax and enjoy the breathtaking rainforest surroundings in preparation for your gorilla trekking experience.

Important Note: To connect with the domestic flight to Bwindi on the same day, your international flight must arrive at Entebbe before midday.

Day 2:Mountain Gorilla tracking and local community experience (optional)

After an early breakfast, you will head to the ranger station for a detailed briefing by experienced park guides about gorilla trekking rules, safety, and conservation efforts. You will then begin your trek through the dense tropical rainforest, navigating steep trails, valleys, and thick vegetation in search of a habituated gorilla family.

The duration of the trek varies depending on the movement of the gorillas, making the experience even more adventurous and exciting. Once the gorillas are located, you will spend one hour observing these gentle endangered giants in their natural habitat as they feed, groom, play, and interact.

This once-in-a-lifetime wildlife encounter is among Africa’s most extraordinary safari experiences. After the trek, return to the lodge for lunch. Later, you may choose an optional cultural experience such as the Batwa community visit or a local coffee tour at an extra cost, or simply relax at the lodge while enjoying the peaceful forest atmosphere.

Day 3:Flight back to Entebbe

After breakfast, your professional English-speaking driver-guide from Naseeb Safaris will transfer you from your lodge to Kisoro Airstrip for your scenic domestic flight back to Entebbe International Airport. Enjoy breathtaking aerial views of Uganda’s lush landscapes, rolling hills, and countryside during the journey.
Upon arrival in Entebbe, another Naseeb Safaris representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you either to your hotel/lodge for relaxation or directly to the airport for your international departure flight home.
